Either we recruit and perhaps make one of them captain, or we keep Alex Glenn and give it to him. He has the respect of all the players, is popular with all the players, and puts 100% effort into everything he does. I mean, even physically, just look at how in shape he is compared to the majority of our team. He has played in grand finals, played for NZ etc. and is our best bet by far IMO. Give it to him for 2 years, and then to someone like Carrigan/Fifita/Dearden or someone who steps up over the next 2 seasons. [/QUOTE]
