Mr Rugby League

Puts any criticisms of current players in perspective hey? LOLZ. The disgust in Peter Sterling's voice was hilarious

Haha I've still got one of the top comments on that video. Wolfman reference.

The "Oh no" at the end is an absolute crack up. I literally LOL every time I watch that video, the anguish in Sterlings voice is a true comedy, LMFAOOOOOOO.

This video will never get old, if there was ever a time to punch a teammate in the face, this would be it LOL.

Imagine if a Broncos player did that in a grand final this year, he would surely never be forgiven, god forbid LOL.

Then a week later, The Broncos smashed the team in white in the Grand Final. yeeeeah.

Woohoo a player that has more shockers than John Sutton.

In his defence, the ball still had some momentum when he touched it and took it in touch imo

cant defend the rest of it tho lol

Yep. Agree with that. I think he was probably hard done by on the initial one. But in saying that, for him to drop his bundle like he did afterwards is insane. He's never lived it down and refuses to talk about it to this day.

If I was a rugby league player that had a shocker (minicello i'm looking at you) I'd go and watch this video and make myself feel better. No matter how bad I played, there is nothing worse than this.

Is like a slapstick comedy.

So bad that I feel sorry for Cariage, I believe he stood down from first grade after that game. Before then he was a reasonably decent player.

I agree with Craig Polla-Mounter who said a few years ago that it was the Bulldogs-Eels rivalry that killed his career. If it'd been against anyone else, in any other game, he would've copped some criticism but not to the venom he got (and still gets). And yes, he was a decent player.

Here is another gem of a player, Newcastle's Greg Smith, the former Philadelphia Eagles player who had a shot in the NRL and his stint in first grade lasted a staggering one game!

Thanks for the upload GCBronco I've been searching long and hard for some footage of Smith. He never had actually played for Philadelphia and just told lies to get a start.

He is so bad he makes Paul Carige look like Billy Slater lol

Sterlo interviewed Smith last night.

Really good sit-down interview.
