It’s a bit concerning that 4 of our back 5 are off contract, or in Cobbo’s case coming off contract. Ikin has his work cut out for him.
That interview was from preseason if your talking about the one with Oates. No news on Farnworth is good news.
The only thing I've really seen from the horses mouth is Fletch and Hindu episode where he admits he's been in chats, but wants to hold off on his decision.
If we keep winning, I reckon he'll stay... I reckon a lot of them will actually. Being in a winning team is cool and all, but being in a winning team that used to suck - and you're one of the reasons it doesn't suck anymore - now thats special.
Imagine how good it'd be for these lads to go from a spoon to a premiership
No thanks
Lodge wont care, will just keep collecting bulk pay cheques2x Release of contracts in 2 year......not a great look.
do we still have to pay him?No thanks
Nopedo we still have to pay him?

Wow. They don't get a release unless another club has agreed to terms. Where he go?
Now the Dolphins (his father in law) say they can't afford him under the cap. For what that's worth.2x Release of contracts in 2 year......not a great look.
To be fair, unless they are a marquee player, they have probably spent their budget on middle forwards alrerady. Now the Dolphins (his father in law) say they can't afford him under the cap. For what that's worth.
Amazing handwriting. Especially considering that English isn't even his first, second, or third language.
They're probably pretending to be him already.Amazing handwriting. Especially considering that English isn't even his first, second, or third language.
On a serious note, it's good to see that kids in Queensland still idolise the Broncos even though we've not really been that successful since our last premiership. Cobbo will be a hit with the kids. They'll all want to be like Cobbo.
Are we still paying him - if so and he has walked out, maybe that helps us as wellThey're probably pretending to be him already.

Cameron George: "We don't sign guys that don't want to travel to NZ"2x Release of contracts in 2 year......not a great look.
The borders are open for now. I wouldn't to overseas currently, you just don't know when one of the government's flip and it's back to lockdown and quarantines. What's the problem with moving to NZ anyway? The borders are reopening, it's not different from Australia culturally. Less than four hours on the plane.
The only thing that would put me off is the weird green milk.
