Aye aye! [icon_lol1.
Definitely stepped up to the plate in the last two seasons and has performed exceptionally. I think he may be the one who will kick a 100-goal season instead of Buddy Franklin if consistency is any indication.
You wouldn't have been able to say that about him a few years back beads! [icon_lol1.
Dwyane Wade for me. Of all the players from the draft class of 2003 in the NBA, he has probably been the most under-rated player with enormous athletic talent. Also his charitable work is great and at the...
If any of his unhappiness has to do with the Dogs' on-field performances then the recent big name signings they've made with players should at least quench a part of this. eusa_think
Very capable and I've seen them do some great things this season but they're by no means a Jonathan Brown or Daniel Bradshaw. I'd actually like to see Brennan provide some more consistency in his game because he's an absolute enigma at the moment and very easily bust a game open for the Lions...
The only issue I see is if one of the two key forwards go bust with an injury then they're going to look fairly predictable unless they can nurture some crumbing forwards to help out Browny or Bradshaw in the goal square when the ball is spoilt from the pack. Hooper is looking good but loving...
I think that Hodgo was handed the much higher charge simply because Piggy stayed down. It's not Hodgo's fault that all that weight landing on his neck forced him to stay down! If that was Preston Campbell he would've got far less!
Hawks got slapped by the Doggies.
How good are Bradshaw and Browny going for Brisbane!?
Absolute shellackings this round and Sydney looming as a huge contender for another top 4 berth! Still too early to tell but at the moment it looks as if it's going to be this for the top 4:
1. Cats
2...
I'm suspecting you mean Derrick Rose. Pure athletics and solidly built for a point guard. Shades of Deron Williams all over him and with a great attitude from what I've heard! Same goes for Beasley who even rocked up an hour early to practice shooting hoops at the Milk House before the scouts...
True but I don't think it was never heavy on talent consistently like we're seeing now. This year's draft class is looking the goods with plenty of athletic forwards in the first round and several potential future star point guards.
Is this just a generalisation or you actually know that for a fact?
I live in the Cabramatta area and even though the perception is that its high in concentration of crime and drugs, its probably one of the most positive places in terms of culture. They've had a massive cleanout in the past 5 -...
I don't know if the NRL has this but the AFL actually has a pension discount on the cap for players on the wrong side of 30 who have their contracts halved in value on the cap and this could be allocated for up to 3 players per team.
The system's been exploited far too much that it's now become a regularity in the NRL and you pretty much don't see any other competition in Australia. Though the AFL has no set structure aside from the anti-tampering deadline, they've got the mutual agreement to hold contract talks after the...
Put in LBJ and Wade who are the clear cut outstanding talents of the NBA with plenty more included and the talent pool just continues to grow in the NBA. You would never have got a draft class like the one in 2003 or 2007 back in the Jordan playing days.
