Battle of the Broncos' Buys

Lazarus by a mile. As great as Gordie was, if we didn't get Lazzo I'm pretty sure the Broncos would never have developed into the powerhouse team they were in the 90s.
 
Lazarus - took us from pretenders to champions.

Tallis was great and one of my all-time favourites but he didn't leave as big a mark on the club as Lazo did.
 
Lazarus for me. Took us from a top 5 team to a team able to win premierships and set a great example for the other forwards.
 
Lazarus winning that one quite comfortably in the end, after a tight start.

Johns, purely for longevity of service. Had Howard been around for a few more years we may see a different result.

Chris Johns easily, a definite Broncos legend.

Howard was just a handy player, a surprise packet if you will.
 
Johns by a mile. Such a great defender and underrated attacker. One of the best centres we ever had.
