Andrew McCullough has easily completed the front row of the scrum, so now to what was arguably our brightest light of the 2009 season - the back rowers.

1. Josh Hoffman
2. Jharal Yow Yeh
3. Justin Hodges
4. Gerard Beale
5. Denan Kemp
6. Darren Lockyer (c)
7. Peter Wallace
8. Shane Tronc
9. Andrew McCullough
10. Ben Hannant

Thaiday and Te'o thanks.

Can't think of a better backrow in the comp. Both have damaging running games and can hit hard in defence.

Gillett unlucky to miss out, but he'll probably find his way into the starting side at some point.

Thaiday and Gillett with Te'o off the bench.
I would be equally happy with Te'o starting though.

It's a satisfying dilemma to have. IMO the best backrow(ers) in the competition.

thaiday and te'o.

i am happy to say that after te'o coming here and not making an early impact he has certainly found himself and i love watching him play. not to mention hes scoring tries as well as doing the hard work.

i hope he can find 2010 form again for a few more years... maybe even an origin smokey he deserved first crack at an injury spot last year i reckon

Thaiday and T'eo - Gillett's someone to be treated carefully this year.

Sammy and Big Ben for sure. Gillett will kill it off the bench anyway

Teo should be our lock IMO.

Where would you put Parker? An 80minute player shouldn't imo be on the bench.

Agreed, your not going to get the best out of an 80 minute backrower who was the second highest metregainer, highest tacklemaker and equal first to offloads last season from the club who takes a ton of pressure off other forwards in his workload and not to mention our most reliable goalkicker by sticking him on the bench, his an 80 minute forward and has to be there.

If you going to go with a ball playing lock, put Gillett in there and Parker in the second row, with Te'o coming off the bench or Thaiday in the front row.

i didnt say he should be on the bench.

Teo just looks like the TC type of lock, which served us so well for so long, only hes quicker and has more in his attacking arsenal. Parker just crabs along and does his little ballerina dance all over the place.

Parker did average the second most metres of all forwards in the comp last year, that is pretty handy for a ballerina.
