The old, my negotiations aren’t going as planned I’ll mention the broncos trickAdam Reynolds has said he's interested in coming here.
It's very appealing, he said.

All he did was replace Burgess and GI’s contracts with like for like value playersSounds like coach went all in on trying to buy a premiership in the short-term again. Is this in your opinion a club that’s going to be in a bit of a mess when he leaves at the end of this season?
He clearly isn’t a “no clue coach” however his track record on developing halves isn’t that great. Langer & Walters were already the finished item when he started coaching them. He had Walker, Seymour, etc come through the ranks and couldn’t really get them to where they could have gone. The only real playmaker(s) he has developed is Lockyer and Boyd. You must be the only person to refer to Bennett as a "no clue coach"

Bennett is great with forwards & outside backs, but in almost 40 years of coaching the development of spine players is his one weakness. He can add the polish to a spine player, but to develop them from rookie to great is not what he is capable of. Yet, a coach like Bellamy can take a rookie spine player and turn them into immortals.
Yeah I have no clue what their cap situation is. Was a surprise to me reading 007s post. All he did was replace Burgess and GI’s contracts with like for like value players
Perhaps. But he was a gun rookie and never really went on with it. Maybe more than him than Bennett, but it is a blaring blemish on Bennett’s record his lack of developing spine players.Tbf, Seymour stuffed things up for himself. He only had himself to blame really.
Seymour had a lot of off field problems sadly.Perhaps. But he was a gun rookie and never really went on with it. Maybe more than him than Bennett, but it is a blaring blemish on Bennett’s record his lack of developing spine players.
True, but if my memory serves me correctly they were (mostly) after he left the Broncos.Seymour had a lot of off field problems sadly.
Hardly. take a look at their contracts and lengths. Murray was signed until 2025 for example. All he did was replace Burgess and GI’s contracts with like for like value players
He’s one of the best young players in the gameHardly. take a look at their contracts and lengths. Murray was signed until 2025 for example.

And to flog a dead horse we would have a very different version of Milford today had Wayne stayedLol imagine saying “only developed Lockyer and Boyd” as a critique of someone’s ability to develop spine players.
Let’s not think about what he did with Berrigan, or what he achieved with Jamie Soward and Hornby
If there were any interest for milford it would have come up by now i think it is england or bust.
Yep and on the piss flat out. Can't remember exactly what happened at Brisbane, but I know they got rid of him because he couldn't keep his nose clean.
How bout 2 with a club option but I doubt that will even happen, he'll stay imoReynolds should be the target and this is exactly where a player option could work. Give him 2 years with a PO and if he is killing it great, but if he is always injured and you can't medically retire him, just have a quiet word from the CEO saying don't take up the PO but we will still pay you ...... just in little brown paper bags, or lost golf bets
Broncos failed him? Milford and his manager gaged interest from Melbourne to jack up his price figure. They took advantage of the fact the Broncos had already lost Ben Hunt to the Dragons. And knew the Broncos would be desperate to retain him.Milford with an organising half like Adam Reynolds would be world class. The broncos have failed him. Yes he is a million dollar player but he never should of been. We failed him just as much as he failed us.
