I think there is a gem awaiting inside Tyran Wishart. I think he will plug the whole until Mozer is ready has that experience at halfback as well which just adds different dimensions to his game (e.g kicking). He would be as cheap as chips and could be a great player. Thoughts?

We need Drinkwater.
if we can get him for a decent price then it's a given , 1 or six . only reason why we wouldn't have a crack would be because we're after walsh

Also the bit about him being under contract until 2024.

Webster & Riccio both claim to have Munster & Walsh short priced to be at the Dolphins.. I love how these guys have this assumption that the Broncos aren’t doing anything and basically don’t even exist.. or when they do acknowledge our presence they grossly inflate the contract figures certain players are in.. Sydney assholes

I know it doesn’t mean Jack shit in the grand scheme of things but the more I watch and listen to NRL commentary these days the more I see a need to bring back Queensland-focused shows / content.

It’s much more likely than at the Broncos. I could see us enquiring about Walsh, but not Munster, just because we don’t really have much coming through at fb except Cobbo, who is probably a couple years away & I think will go via centre first.

Timothy Sielaff-Burns has been great for Souths in MM this season. Big reason they're playing a Grand Final next week. Hunt and Hodges has been great for him this season.

Is he with the Bronx?

not a signing rumour but Danny Weidler reported this on SMH.

Kevin Walters needs to keep an eye on some of those who are closest to him when it comes to his coaching future. Not everyone who is supposed to be in his corner really is. It’s a story that could really develop if the Broncos are not firing later in the year.

Not sure if there is much in it, just thought ill share.
could only really think Cartwright, does he want a head coaching role

so then i guess we're about to offer him a 5 year contract

well we already know ikin was pretty vocal against kevie getting the caoching gig at the time when he was on nrl360 pretty sure he said paul green was a better fit.

It isnt up to ikin in the end though. its a DD and board decision.

bottom line is if kevie makes the 8 this year he is safe for another year. if he misses out or god forbid we battle for the spoon then his future rightly or wrongly will be over with us imo.

Ikin will likely get a big say in the coach appointments

Yeah I know.. sometimes I just to vent 😄

@1910 Have you seen much of the young halfback for Souths Logan Harradyn Wilson? If so, how does he go ?

Also, how does Max Plath go at #9 for Wynnum? Not even going to ask if he’s Johnny Plath’s son because it’s plain as day just looking at him!
