Choose a college football team for Dukey

ASU are ripping it up lately, if they keep going they could be in line for a big bowl game, especially if Stanford lose a game or 2, they could be Rose Bowl Candidates.

see this is why we are underdogs. 2 teams ahead of us lose, so, do we move 2 spaces up now? hell no, some team leapfrogs us. bunch of ####, we are undefeated yet we keep losing spots!!! They will never let Boise State play in a national championship. They just might win, then there would be uproar in the BCS.

Because you beat Air Force! If Boise played in the SEC they'd be whipping boys.

Oregon will beat Stanford in the PAC championship game for the Rose bowl spot.

The SEC is the biggest myth ever!!! The BCS favours it so much.
 
Are you kidding? The last 5 national champs have been SEC, the best of the Big 12, 10 and PAC couldn't beat them.

Their defenses are too big and offenses too powerful. Even the high octane Ducks couldn't beat Nick Fairley and Auburn last year.

Bama's running game would kill anyone this year. Trent Richardson is better player than Mark Ingram, he's a beast!
 
yep, the BCS favour the SEC, theres a reason why they are national champs all the time, because they always have one team in the national championship. TCU would have given auburn a run for their money last year.

I dunno, a playoff system needs to happen.

Because they always have the hardest schedule. To go through the SEC undefeated then win the SEC championship game is ridiculous. TCU wouldn't have blown smoke up Auburns ass last year they only just beat Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl.
 
yeah sure, its awesome as hell. but there are also other undefeated teams that dont get a look in.
 
I tend to agree with PWA here. Though my knowledge of the college system is limited, to a layman like me it doesn't seem overly fair on teams like Boise.

Which schedule is harder? If you go through both of those undefeated the SEC schedule is way harder. Even if you drop a game in the SEC schedule it's still better than going undefeated in MWC, hence why Boise won't get into the championship game. They need to get into an automatic qualifying conference. But they won't cause they'd get a whopping in most. They should get into the Big East.
 
Thats the thing, the whole conference system is so bad. why do only certain schools get to be big schools, even tho the so called lesser schools are great teams as well. They are all Div 1 teams. Its not as if they are undefeated Div 2 or 3 schools. start doing playoffs now!!!!
