I have no problem with him declaring game over before the ball went into the scrum, it's the fact he blew time on when the scrum didn't break and Wing didn't have the ball to feed.
Why blow time on?
You can blame Wing for not having picked up the ball earlier, but that would be harsh IMO.

Obviously Suttor though that was enough to warrant time back on
