i will never undstrand that if jennings doesnt run inglis runs a more straight line for the ball and perhaps gets there instead inglis was tossling with jennings

Jennings off-side and jostles with O'Neill, but isn't involved because he was not part of "grounding the ball"???
 
Isn't Jennings involved by just by him being there? Our players would have all chased Fifita wouldn't they?

That was blatant as you like. That is not the rule. They got it wrong to give NSW a try.
 
Jennings even blocks O'neill's chase. Even with these new made up rules he was involved in the play
