Hosking a Panther

While i think Hosking has done well i think its a bit early to proclaim him as better than what we have based on 2 games, which he was excellent in tbf.

We probably do need at least one other NRL ready back rower while a couple of our younger guys develop. Still not convinced by Riki but he's still got plenty of development in him.

Delays on Piakura/Willison are unfortunate but was the right decision to let Hosking go
