If you were told to build a team for next season without any salary cap restraints, and you could sign ANY players you would be mental not to go with JT and DCE as your halves. The big game experience and quality between them is currently unmatched. You might argue Cronk's case, but IMO he has nowhere near as much natural talent as those two.

If you were building for the future, by all means go for the likes of Milford, but the lad is only 19. He might suck next year.

I reckon Thurston could easily play until 34 or even longer. He isn't looking like slowing down yet, so it's not like we'd get him and he retires straight away.
