He's a superstar and all but i really can't help but think he has a crap attitude.

Reed has been a revelation ... a real gem we've found, who probably wouldn't have had the chances he's had if Inglis was here.

It has worked out good for you guys. Signing up and extending impressive young talent is one of those risky ventures and so far this year it has paid off as those players have stood up. Hopefully their form will continue in the next few seasons.
