I am having Ash Taylor deja vu all over again. Let's change the fundamentals of the team to try and fit Kodi in.

We finally have a good halfback that will be the future QLD 7 and people want to move him to a position where he will be wasted for Kodi..

I don't think a halves combination of Milford and Kodi will work long term.

Yeah it worked against Wigan.. But everyone keeps saying how ESL is a level below NRL.. It was like playing a QLD Cup team, right?

There were also reports they were looking to sign Coote to partner Widdop in the halves. Maybe Kodi is a backup if the Coote deal falls over.

I don't see him staying if he gets a decent offer (which he probably will, some teams are desperate for halves).

you could well be right, i recjon there is a fair bit to play out here and i reckon a lot of it will focus around cooper cronk. he is the main domino here for all the others to fall in line.

pretty interesting actually. havent heard anything quite similar yet down here, but have to admit the way WB is using kNik this year, raises questions about if it helps his development and also if he's even the best for that bench role. loik at the gulf between him and granville last night. like hunt ive got time for him if for no other reason than his 2015 efforts, but id be loathe to chew anymore cap space to hang onto him. (different story myb if there were a queue of suitors lining up for waddell lol...)
