Deserving of it's own thread IMO. icon_thumbs_u

Justin Langer has surpassed the legendary Sir Don Bradman and become Australia's leading run-scorer in first-class cricket, while compiling his second century of the season, and 86th in total, during Somerset's County Championship clash with Worcester at New Road.

I'm so happy for him. He was always one of my favourite players. Wish he was still playing...

Well, given he just scored his 86th first class hundred to get the record, I would suggest he IS still playing :P

Really glad he has this record. Obviously he wasn't as good as The Don but The Don has all sorts of records to his name, and Langer was always one of my favourite players so I am glad he has his name in the record books.

Good onya JL icon_thumbs_u
