DODDS BREAKS TIB/FIB

Warrington powered to equal top spot on the Super League ladder with their fifth straight win of the year over Catalans, but a stomach churning broken leg suffered by Mitchell Dodds took the gloss off a hardfought victory.

Former Brisbane prop Dodds was only just returning from a wrist injury after joining the Wloves this year, but was stretchered off three minutes before halftime after a collision that left him writhing in agony.

Dodds was stretchered from the field and the club later confirmed that he had broken both his tibia and fibula, with surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation required.

That sucks, I always liked Doddsy. Would've been a good NRL player if he didn't have so many injuries.

Some blokes are just meant to be Electricians. Poor fella has just had no luck on the footy field.
