Both of these teams feel like they’re a year away from being genuine contenders. The same could have been said about the cows and broncos in 2015 I realise, but these 2 just don’t have the discipline yet or finals match fitness

I agree that would have been a soft/milked penalty. But if it wasn't a final in extra time, it would be given a penalty 99% of the time.
