Opacic had every right to tackle Rapana just like Martin had every right to tackle Frizell. Rapana had already played at the ball.

I reckon that's an incorrect call against parra there... as soon as Rapana touches it they're allowed to tackle him.

Parra don't have to sit back and wait for him to take control of the ball, Rapana playing at the ball makes him fair game for the defence
