Accounting for the talent at their disposal, and choice of coach, I expect them to be a mid table team. 6th to 8th at seasons end, on average.

That's not exactly flop material, but I don't see them ever being a credible threat with Hook at the helm.

I too think they will be nothing but average. That said, they have the talent and the infrastructure to again be a force. If Griffin has not learned any lessons they will be ordinary but if he has and they have a little better fortune with injuries then top six is a real possibility. I'm sceptical that griffin can thrive with the bloated one looking over his shoulder.
