Pick the teams, who you think will make the GF

This has pissed me off for years. I think I posted a thread on it a few years back that Storm NEVER EVER EVER have one of their main players injured.

When is the last time Smith, Cronk, Slater or Inglis while he was there missed games for any length of time?

They are very blessed with injuries.

On the question.

I think Manly Melbourne, Broncos Melbourne or Manly Broncos is a chance.

How good would it be to beat Melbourne in a grand final again? :)
 
Inglis has missed a few games... after he left the Storm :ranting:

If Cam Smith gets injured, that's it for the Storm imo... He's more important to them than any other individual to any other team, including Locky for us.
 
Tough to pick. Storm have the highest probability of all teams. But nearly any of the top 5 could be there as well.

Manly and Dragons have shown they can be beaten, Cows and Broncos don't quite seem to have that little bit extra at the moment.

I will go Storm/Cowboys

Cam Smith missed the game against the Broncos last year with injury. Coincidentally, we won. He did his elbow. Missed Origin game as well.

The NRL also made him miss the Manly GF, to make sure Melbourne didn't "win" it again.

He was suspended for nearly breaking Sam's neck in "that" semi...he deserved the suspension.
 
Melbourne Vs. Take your pick. It won't be St. George-Illawarra though. Don't be fooled. They may not have choked something fierce last year, but they will be back to do so this year.

Seriously though I really hope one of Cronk, Slater or Smith get injured.
No other team has the luck they have with key players being injured.

Manly will win the first game by default when the NRL exclude the Dragons due to salary cap breaches caused by Mark Gasnier re-signing.
Melbourne will win the second game 16-14 after Brisbane have their own re-signing drama after recruiting Ashton Sims for a finals cameo.

Perhaps its just that the Storm has superior (amongst a lot of things) prehab and training programs that prevent their stars from becoming tired and/or injured?
