Peats ruled out through injury.
Sutton + Richards deemed too experienced for the game. They're already in the frame, so selectors want to try out alternatives.
The NYC Qld vs NSW Game is also on hey? Always a good watch especially to see other under 20s players who don't just play for Canberra, Bulldogs or the Warriors on Fox Sports.
Complete waste of a weekend. Couldn't care less about the test match. If you want to give it actual meaning, play it on ANZAC day.
Instead it is just a massive exercise in futility and an invitation to watch AFL or A-League. Guaranteed that Australia wins the test and nobody cares who wins City v Country.
I hate the fact that they are not broadcasting the Four Nations qualifier. Some of the best games I have seen are games between the islander teams.
The 2008 WC clash between Tonga and Samoa was edge of your seat stuff. The heart these guys played with, it was great to watch. If the NRL are serious about expanding the game more globally, they really should start to increase exposure. Broadcasting the games is a good step forward. They could have got ABC or SBS or some other channel like that to broadcast it.
It's a fairly new rule, so the Broncos might try and argue the toss but the Roosters were prohibited from blooding Moga in 2011 as a result of the rule (Moga didn't turn 18 until December of that year)
