Well, I guess we are slowly fighting back, but still not doing enough with the ball.
Milf has been rusty, but that's expected. Kodi bas been bad. He better take the line on in the 2nd half.

Really impressed with some of the things Boyd has done though.
 
This is almost as bad as the dragons game. We are offering nothing.

Should have picked Patty.
 
Boyd still 50% on him, his speed is still lacking and i think we need a captain in the line. Also the halves are still lost. Other than that, this team will be a contender. I am impressed.
 
Besides bird early rattle, he will be good this year.
 
Reckon Boyd's been good after some early tentativeness. Like how we sort of worked our way back into it, kind of? Without ever really looking too likely lol. Still in this.
 
yeah, well, early doors I know but absolutely nothing has changed. No leader, no attack from Macca, shit kicking, we can't get inside their 20 mtrs, dumb mistakes, NFI.
Let's hope it comes down to fitness and somehow we are fitter.

Reffing has been atrocious. We are gutsy though, have to give our that that. Don't like Gillo at lock, feel like we have weakened out wide
 
Kodi's defence is still shit. Macca's passing fucken awful.
We still hanging in Seibold needs to make the bold moves.
 
funny to say but so far i'm proud of they boys. We have held strong keeping them to just 10. Storm are still gonna be a serious threat this year and they still get away with murder in the ruck as always.

Whats the crowd number? it looks abysmal
 
Welp, I'll get the only positive out of the way first. Our defence has been very brave. Melbourne have piled the pressure on with plenty of help from the refs and we've kept them to 10. Could've easily been 22 but lucks a fortune.

The rest has been an exhibition in everything wrong with this team and this game. Can't buy a penalty, meanwhile Melbourne are allowed to do what they please in the ruck as usual, slow, plodding shit from Boyd at the back, shit defence on the line and shit kicks from Nikorima, garbage dummy half work from McC but that is a surprise to nobody, nothing doing from Milford, allowing easy offloads and stupid penalties leading to conceded points.

I know structures take time etc but if you didn't know any better you'd think we're still coached by Bennett.

No line speed, no depth in attack, still running one outs, halves are still putting in pointless kicks or getting caught on the last... nothing has changed comparative to last seasons woes
