The upside to Milford being out is that Benji has a lot more experience in the big moments and is a proven performer in those big moments.

But Boyd is a very big loss.
 
Don't get sucked into a grinding contest like we often do against them (and like we did against the Roosters). We aren't built for that. Gotta play attacking footy against them.
 
For mine, a win is on the cards if the team maintains the same enthusiasm and speed in defence as in the 2nd half against the Raiders and, most importantly, both Marshall and Hunt keep that energy and creativity going in their play making. I was really impressed with them both against the Raiders, and surprised as well. Maybe being around the Origin squad did something for Hunt.

As for the rest, we will get smashed if we miss tackles, wingers come in off their wing, we drop the ball, ignore the positioning of Slater relative to Cronk and Munster, and ...and... do everything that a good team doesn't do.

This will be as always against the Storm, an intense 80 minutes of full on effort.

he is so full of shit ... the Storm my have a 6 day turnaround, but his origin players didn't play so they have a 10 day turnaround

Bennett just has to name a 21 man squad, doesn't mean it's the one he plans to go with.
 
Hunt not Starting is a joke, better defensively that niko. I'd prefer nikorima to come on as an impact player. Storm are gonna run over him all night just like they did Rd 17 last year....

And Sims and Thaiday will start too. That's why I never liked the 21 man squad idea.

Wayne might be doing Hunt a favour re: origin. If he comes on again and plays as well as last week it could get him the bench spot in game three. Showcasing his impact.

The fact that Pearson has been named as a reserve might mean that he is a slight chance of a call up.
 
Anyone else just keen to see Roberts get a chance to chase down Addo-Carr or vice versa?
