PRE-GAME Round 25 - Broncos vs Sea Eagles

If Sharks and Drags lose tomorrow, teams 4 through to 8 will all be on 30 points. So go Pearce and Lewis?

It's a potential mathematical nightmare but we have the advantage playing in the last game of the round we will know exactly what we have to do to finnish as high as possible.
Mind you sometimes knowing that sort of thing can play on a teams mind and they can lose focus.

JUST WIN FFS!!!!!!!!!

Looking forward to seeing the Broncs without Macca gumming up the ball play.

Sharks took down Melbourne twice this season and they aren't a contender?

I certainly wouldn't rule them out.

Like I said, just a feeling. There’s just something about the Sharks that just screams not quite for some reason. I’m not sure what it is. They can out grub the Melbourne grubbiness and not get penalised for it, that frustrates Melbourne. If someone else can knock the Storm out, the Broncs are up to their necks in this year’s Comp.

Our forward pack is the best in the comp bar none when they’re on, but they need to stay on for the rest of the season with this game being the biggest challenge.

Ok just saw the Macca incident, I have no idea what this idea is that he head-butted him, it is purely shoulder, that’s the very definition of a shoulder to the head. He HAS to be suspended for that.

He will be gone for 2-4 weeks. If we care about player welfare, any hit to the head accidental or not needs to be dealt with

Last night, Corey Oates overtook Jordan Rapana as the player that's scored the most tries in the NRL since 2015.

Also overtaking the likes of Valentine Holmes, Suliasi Vunivalu, Semi Radradra.

He has scored 62 tries.

Probably because his head makes contact with Macca's head.

It was head first, and then shoulder.

That photo tells you all you need to know. He obviously favours the left shoulder. He’s leading from the wrong side of the body.

I'm not really sure how that shows head first. There isn't much distance between head and shoulder. I watched it knowing it was going to happen, I'm still certain it was shoulder/collarbone first and not much (if any) of his head was involved.

Definitely heavy impact from his head

The goose is a world class winger, yet still thinks he's a second rower... :bash:

Yeah, sounds fair. I don't think the Roosters will even miss him much though. He's got 3 or 4 middle forwards who are better than him there IMO.
