Want a new job Coxy?

I would never work for that steaming pile of cat faeces.

I just said, it's a steaming pile of cat faeces. Paid fortnightly.

I prefer to be paid in guano.

In my family to be called guano is a term of the highest endearment icon_thumbs_u

Hey Guano!

I enjoy a regular diet of guano.

Yes you've already mentioned you frequent Thai Wi Rat.

Sounds like the most poorly/unfortunately named restaurant Brisbane and surrounding areas has ever seen.

I'm also obviously aware that it is in the Thai language and translates to mean something completely run-of-the mill.

Pffft...you'd have to live in Sydney to be an NRL statistician. Lame.

Known affectionately as "the Rat", Thai Wi-Rat gets its memorable title by combining the names of chef-owners Wichuan Tonelli and Sirirat Saithanoo.

YUM!

Why would it be "Sydney based"? Surely you could do this from anywhere on Earth.

Because the earth revolves around Sydney - duh!!!

(just ask anyone in Sydney - they'll tell you it's true)
