The Dogs are only paying him, so he can't say the Bulldogs broke the contract by not paying me.

you are probably right there. but i reckon that if the Bulldogs don't get him back they will sue him for the money they paid during the legal fight eusa_think

I hope he gets smashed in a legal tackle.

Legal, illegal. Why split hairs Kaz??

The only one on the Footy Show last night with a bit of balls was Laurie Daley & to a certain degree Fatty.

The Chief as usual had NFI.
Fatty was great cos he just didn't give a rats about it...The Chief is a toss pot.

Just on the radio, the courts have granted an injunction, so he can't play Union ATM.

I didn't want to post that I hope it's illegal & the ref misses it & the tackle is from his new team mates. [icon_evillaugh

ummm

Matt Henjak's plays for them. (Anyone got Ivan's phone number & ask him to call his nephew)

What can they do to stop him though?

I'd say that if he played then he'd be arrested.
sensational

although just asked knowledgeable people at work and they reckon all they can do is sue his ass, but probably won't ever see the money

I guess that's another example of whitey keeping the bros down.

Not sure it's that simple. French courts may not accept the injunction. He possibly could keep playing in France with no punishment, however if he were to set foot in England, Australia or NZ he could potentially be arrested for breaching a court imposed injunction.

I'm no lawyer, but that's my understanding.

I'm pretty sure you're correct.

To my understanding is that the European courts have a good relation ship with the Australian courts and usually follow up on injunctions / court orders proposed in Australia.

Yeah true I guess. Either way, he wouldn't be able to come back to Australia or NZ ever again if he did that.

Yeah, so good luck playing for the all blacks in other words.

We have an extradition treaty with France.

If he plays can't Australia ask for him to be extradited for breaking a court order.

"SONNY Bill Williams' rugby union career got off to an atrocious start when the former Bulldogs star was sinbinned on debut for French club Toulon.
Williams, who ignored a court order by playing, was sent from the field for 10 minutes after one of his trademark shoulder charges left his opposite number languishing injured for several minutes. "

LMAO!!!!

That's what you get for playing a shit game Williams, obviously you didn't think this decision through to play union with these harsher rules on shoulder charges . Have fun playing that softcock game you turd

I say cite him for that tackle & give him a life ban.

At least he would be used to playing in front of 3,000 people.

It's disgusting how some people with Mundine's charisma (yes, you have to give him that) can influence people's opinion so readily.

There was this other dude with charisma.....his name was Adolf.
