North either bats well tomorrow and saves the team and his own arse, or fails, we lose and get rid of him in the process.

I hope North gets out and Haddin and Hussey bat all day or until it rains,
 
Basically Hussey needs to stay in all day with North and/or Haddin, or we are stuffed because our tail is hopeless with the willow. Would be nice to have Smith or O'Keefe there that can bat a bit.

even Haurtiz at 8 makes our tail so much better. Smith should never be picked at 8 as a bowler though.

I know, it is so frustrating. We really need Watson down the order but we also need Smith in the team to bat 6.

Agreed, but unfortunately with Katich's injury it looks like we won't be able to move Watson, but the plus side of that may be that we can put Smith at 6. Surely if North fails tomorrow it will be curtains for him this series, and I think the Doherty experiment has failed. Not having a go at them for trying but I think it's limited overs for his international career. If Swann has no trouble getting wickets you can't put Doherty's performance down to the pitches.

So in Perth I'd like to see:

1. Hughes
2. Watson
3. Ponting
4. Clarke
5. Hussey
6. Smith
7. Haddin
8. Hauritz/O'Keefe
9. Harris
10. Hilfenhaus
11. Bollinger
 
I agree with your team but sadly Bollinger is more likely to be dropped than Siddle. Not that I agree with that just reading between the lines of what Punter said about Bollinger.
 
Everytime the camera men go up to the aussie change rooms guess who is sitting next to Punter??
