Ive got one for the Piggy Ridel photo.

go to a site like this: http://imageshack.us/
and go to browse and find your pick then click OK
then go down the page to the link that has 'Direct link to image' next to it then copy that.
Click the Img button and the put the link inbetween the two things.

OK, so not necessarily NRL. But I'd prefer undoctored photos used in the mainstream media!
