Guys, whereabouts can i find training times for the team for this and coming weeks ?

bring back hodgoberro, she used to call them every week to find out the training schedule and would post it on the forum.

ok, i tweeted the club and got a phone number to call re: training times.

An automated message said that there would be only two open sessions this week ... tues 9 - 10:30, and weds 9 - 10:30

how does a "closed" session work? if you rock up to red hill and stand on the sideline will the ask you to leave?

have no interest in doing this, but i'm curious.

Back in the day, a closed session was usually held away from Red Hill, used to be QUT or they were indoor sessions only.

I went to a pre-season training session at Purtell Park at Bardon a couple of years ago. I just kept well away from the group when they were training (while still watching them) and got a few signatures when they were done.

I talked to most of the squad and they were perfectly open and friendly. I even got a grumble from Hodgo about how he hates training!

The guys go into camp on Friday night and last session will be at Lang Park not Red Hill.

yeah i've often thought about this before.

obviously i guess its hard to have all your staff working evenings rather than days, but yeah

It's probably because the training field lighting is pretty shitty compared to NRL requirements.

Today is the last open session for the week, from here on in they go behind closed doors.
