I withdraw my offer for one dollar. Would've been overs.

A question though, if they owe 11 million dept and they fold, who pays the 11 mill? Who is responsible for the payment?
 
The assets of the club will be sold by liquidators for whatever they can get.

Creditors will be paid from what can be recovered. If it's only 1.1 million dollars then they will get only 10 cents to the dollar owed.

EDIT: God, I can't wait till they sink, the sooner the better, scum bag club.
 
That's it then isn't it. With current economic climate, who would waste the money to be affiliated with this sinking ship

Actually there is.

When the Sharks go into receivership, they'll liquidate assets, including their trophy cabinet.

Now, their trophy cabinet is mint condition, never used, but hidden in it is none other than Harold Holt....
 
lmao, clever bugger, (a) no one would have thought to look there and (b) it was not likely to be opened until Buck Rogers turned up in the 25th Century.
