If Dougie Bollinger gets selected to play in Sydney, that would mean two players in the Australian squad would be sporting wigs.
For our trainspotters, has this ever happened before?
I'm sure all players concerned will be hoping for a windless day.

Wait...wigs? Whos the other one then?

Ponting? I didn't think he had a hairpiece, just got some treatment for baldness...

Isn't "Advanced Hair" just a method of sewing the wig into the scalp?

Coxy is right.
I'm pretty sure Punter's hair won't grow. I can't see him sporting a flowing mane any time soon.

Scenario.

Punter: 'How much for your wigs?'
Salesman: '$400 plus tax.'
Punter: 'Forget the tacks, I'll just glue it on!'

Well then if are considering Advanced Hair treatment the same as wearing a wig, then yes it has happened before - Warney and Punter played quite a lot of cricket together for Aust.

Warney had the treatment - kept / regrown his own.
Punter and Bollinger have hair pieces - as do former players Martin Crowe (NZ) and Graham Gooch (Eng).
So no, it hasn't happened before.

Edit - decided not to be bothered proving you wrong, cause you will just believe what you want to believe any way.
