Winterstein, Kemp and Yow Yeh - Who would you let go?

I said before he even came back from injury that he's the best winger at the club. I got laughed at!! (mainly by Rocky [icon_wink )

I don't think anyone bags out Yow Yeh?

After what he showed today, definitely not Yow Yeh.

Yow Yeh was simply Kemptastic today! That was almost as good as what Kemp dished up week in, week out in 2008.

Winterstein...did he play today?

We don't attack down the left side, that's all it is. All our best attacking players are right side.

Winterstein is clearly lacking in confidence, which is quite surprising with the team going so well. I wonder if he's still struggling with some niggling injury...?
When Kemp is fit, he should get a go unless Winter turns this around.

I love Kemp more than anyone but I find it hard to drop Winterstien with the team playing so well at the moment. I think he will get more time and I would also like to see Kemp get some form in QLD cup before returning to first grade unless an injury strikes a winger.

I know Kemp will be back, he is amazing. Just a bit tough to drop Winter when Kemp won't be match fit for a while IMO.

Kemp will find his way back in the team I'm sure of it. He's too much of a talent to not get back in.

I really really want to know why you think this is the case. Yeh he scored a bundle of tries in 2008 but put Winterstein in the same position in that team and he wouldve scored at least 90% of those tries. Honestly, why is Kemp rated as 'a rare talent' among these parts?

He is a fan favourite for some, some fans find it hard to forget the magic he created in 2008. [icon_drun

Because he always puts in 100% for Brisbane and scores some magic tries.

The Broncos certainly won't be retaining all three, they may even lose two. But Winterstein is certainly the odd man out. 1 try in 11 matches about says it all. No speed, no tackling ability, no confidence. He'll play for the Cowboys next year and will join a long list up there of sub par outside backs.

The tries Kemp scored were gems. I can't possibly see how you can simply assert that Winterstein could do as well. He on his day is a good winger, but Kemp has a few specials up his sleeve, or rather, in his socks; and I doubt there's a quicker winger in our squad.

Since Winters hasn't really done all that much for a while now, Kemp should be given his turn. I mean, we've chopped and changed a lot this year, and Kemp isn't exactly in the engine room, so the risk is not not that high, again given Winters' results over the last say, 6 games.

As well, how many of us have bagged Sims, and now he's staring to show his worth.

It's time for Kemp to have his chance to show what he can do.

if the Broncos don't retain all three (and the rumours that Winterstein has signed with the Cowboys are still around) then it won't be a money thing. it will either be the club telling one of them that they aren't in our plans or the player wants a guaranteed starting spot which none of them have ATM. IMO, we will definitely keep two of them.

Winth Winterstein gone to the cowboys for 3 years our decision is made...

And there is that potential in Yow Yeh that I was talking about. I wonder if being in the SOO camp brang that confidence out in him? He was amazing.
