Tackle breaks, linebreaks, try assists, line break assists would be interesting stats.
Cheers Coxy.
Don't they all just use Sports Data?
It really goes to show, for a fraction of the cost, we've gotten just as good if not more value out of Reed than what Souths got out of Inglis.
He's played 3 more games than Hodges this year.
Just saying.
Are you saying he's in the same boat as Inglis?
If Inglis did go to the Broncos his stats would probably be double what they are now. Other than his fitness level being way behind, his involvement in play would be triple what it is at Souths. With better passes and pin point kicking from Lockyer and Wallace being the difference to increasing his stats, something he doesn't really get many times in a game at Souths. The difference between Jack Reed & Greg Inglis is that when Greg Inglis is playing, he is the go to man on pretty much every play. Jack Reed is one of a number of players the Broncos go to. Hodges, Yow Yeh, Thaiday, Glenn and when they're fit Teo & Gillett. Who do Souths have this year? Taylor, Inglis, Merritt....and to a lesser extent Farrell.
Not saying that Reed is better than Inglis, I think Inglis is one of the best players I've ever seen when he's fit.
I still reckon fullback is his best position.
Agreed, not sure why he hasn't been given a crack there.
